What non-work activity makes you lose track of time?

Time spent with friends and family with good food, a few drinks and games, ideally on a summer’s day at our favourite beach house or anywhere close to water.  I try very hard not to lose track of time when I’m sat behind a drum kit in the band but that would certainly be my activity of choice when not working!

What song would be your personal walkout anthem?

Rock your heart out – ACDC or anything International Times by Transglobal Underground.

What was your very first job?

My first fulltime job was the night shift stacking shelves at Macro wholesalers in Fareham.  The build up to the Christmas period was usual 12 hour shifts 6 days a week!!

The Sims! I sit down to make a household and suddenly it’s 14 hours later and I haven’t even started on the house.

Literally anything by Taylor Swift or Harry Styles – I hardly listen to anything else.

What was your very first job?

My Apprenticeship at City Training/Southampton City College.

Senior Safety Advisor

What non-work activity makes you lose track of time?

I can lose track of time quite easily. Whether it be playing golf, spending time walking with the dog. And most definitely when I visit my father’s birth village and walking around valley/hills at the foot of the Brecon’s. But I would have to say that when I am working on my Bonsai trees time does not matter, and hours can feel like minutes.

What song would be your personal walkout anthem?

No question here it would be Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau (Land of my fathers) or When The Saints Go Marching In.

What was your very first job?

My first job was as a kitchen porter at the Park Hill Hotel in Lyndhurst, which is now called Lime Wood.
